R E T R E A T 15. - 17 September 2023 Das Retreat ist deine Möglichkeit sich ein ganzes Wochenende intensiv mit vielseitigen Bewegungen und Achtsamkeitsübungen aus anatomiebasiertem Yoga, der Tierwelt, Budokon, Mobility und Inside Flow, können wir unser Körperbewusstsein stärken und eine positivere Verbindung von Außen nach Innen schaffen.
